Child Arrangements
Child Arrangements refer to plans made so that children can spend time with their parents.
Child arrangements can be negotiated through Solicitors, mediation, or agreement between the parties.
Following a separation parents often find it difficult to reach an agreement about who the children should live with and how often they should spend time with the parent they do not live with. Sometimes plans are made and the child arrangements made are no longer suitable.
At Yarwood Holmes Law Ltd we can help parents navigate this path and reach an agreement together which works for them and most importantly their children. If an agreement is not possible and a Court is required to determine your child’s arrangements either because your ex-partner has issued an application or you wish to do so Yarwood Holmes Law Ltd can assist you – our very experienced staff can offer guidance and support throughout the proceedings.
