Police Station Advice
We offer exceptional police station advice and representation if you are to be interviewed at a police station.
If you are suspected of committing a criminal offence, the police may arrest you or ask you to attend a voluntary interview under caution. We will attend at the police station and represent you during your interview. If you are aware in advance that the police want to speak to you, we can often negotiate your surrender for questioning, which may then avoid your arrest.
We always recommend you are represented in a police station interview as this first stage is the foundation of your case. With the right advice, your journey with the criminal legal justice system may end at this point. If it is not, with the right advice, you can be assured that your case will start on the right footing.
