Laura Fenwick

Laura graduated from Northumbria University in 2016 gaining a First Class Honours in English Literature. Laura joined the firm in 2017 as a Paralegal before progressing to Associate and head of our Whickham office in 2022.

Laura has trained under Helen Holmes and has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of Family Law and Private Client, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection.

Laura is a well-respected practitioner and is often complimented upon the thoroughness of her work generally.  Throughout her time at Yarwood Holmes Law, Laura has studied under CILEx Law School and is due to qualify as a Charged Legal Executive specialising in both Family Law and the Law of Wills and Succession imminently.

Laura runs a full caseload in respect of Private Client work and supports Helen Holmes in extremely complex cases.

Laura is extremely empathetic and is a practitioner who cares, offering exceptional client care.
