We offer fixed fees for our private family law work. For more information please Get In Touch and speak to our team. We also off a variety of fixed fees for court representation at initial hearings ranging from £350 to £1000 depending on the type of hearing and the location.

Buying & Selling a Property Fixed Fees
Our fees are inclusive of all the necessary tasks mentioned in the 'stages of the process' section below, that must be performed to complete the purchase of your new home. These tasks comprise registering the property at the Land Registry and managing the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax (for properties in England) or Land Transaction Tax (for properties in Wales). The fixed fees are determined based on the value or price of the property and further information can be found at buying a property and selling a property.
